How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website by selecting your desired car, specifying the rental dates, and completing the booking process. Alternatively, you can call our customer service team for assistance.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You will need a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and proof of insurance. International renters may also need an International Driving Permit.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service. Please note our cancellation policy applies: full refund for cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup, 50% refund for cancellations between 24-48 hours, and no refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the vehicle, basic insurance coverage, and any selected add-ons. Taxes, fuel charges, tolls, and parking fees are additional unless specified otherwise.
Are there any age restrictions for renting a car?
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car. Drivers under 25 may be subject to additional young driver fees. There is no maximum age limit as long as you have a valid license.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. If you anticipate returning the car later than scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible solutions.
Is there a mileage limit on rentals?
Most of our rentals include unlimited mileage. Some special offers may have mileage restrictions, which will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
Can someone else drive the rental car?
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. Additional drivers can be added during the booking process or at pickup for an additional fee.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards may be accepted with additional verification requirements.
What should I do in case of an accident?
In case of an accident, ensure everyone's safety first, contact local authorities, and call our 24/7 roadside assistance line immediately. Do not leave the scene until instructed by authorities.
