Cancellations must be made through our platform or by contacting our customer service team. The following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund available
• Between 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund available
• Changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following restrictions apply:

• Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing, or illegal activities
• Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles
• Unauthorized persons may not operate the vehicle
• Vehicles must not be driven outside specified geographical boundaries
• Customer is responsible for traffic violations incurred during rental period

Our rental rates include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available at the time of booking. The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to scratches, dents, lost keys, or toll violations.

• Damages exceeding insurance coverage will be charged to the renter
• Theft of vehicle or its parts is fully the customer's responsibility
• Loss of keys, documents, or accessories will incur additional charges
• We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages

In no event shall we be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or the inability to use them.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
